Terms of Service

1. License

Subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CurrencyKing for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. App Functionality

CurrencyKing provides currency conversion tools, saved preferences, optional premium features, and related app functionality. Exchange-rate information and app availability may vary and may not always be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.

3. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

CurrencyKing is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. The app does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying values and results before relying on them.

4. Premium Subscriptions

CurrencyKing offers optional Apple auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Products: CurrencyKing_Monthly_v1 and CurrencyKing_Annual_v1.
• Trial: Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.

If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited, subject to Apple's policies.

5. Refunds

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's policies and should be requested through Apple directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the app in violation of any law or regulation;
• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or related services;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services for platform functionality, subscriptions, cloud sync, and exchange-rate delivery. Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, including premium features, at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurrencyKing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Clan Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from or related to your use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

Your use of CurrencyKing is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store usage rules. If you do not have a separate written license agreement with us, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply where required.
