1. Information We Collect

CurrencyKing is designed to minimize data collection. Based on the current app implementation, the app may process:

• App settings and preferences, such as selected currencies, favorites, and related app state stored on your device.
• Favorite currency data synced through iCloud when Apple's iCloud key-value storage is available and enabled for the app on your Apple account.
• Subscription status information provided by Apple through StoreKit for premium subscription access.
• Basic network request data needed to retrieve exchange-rate and supported-currency data from CurrencyKing backend services.

2. How We Use Information

CurrencyKing uses information only as needed to operate app features, including to:

• display exchange-rate conversions and currency lists;
• remember your selected currencies, favorites, and app preferences;
• enable and restore premium subscription access;
• maintain app functionality, security, and reliability.

3. Exchange-Rate Services

CurrencyKing retrieves exchange-rate and supported-currency data from backend services operated for the app. Those requests may include standard technical information that is typically sent with internet requests, such as IP address, device or app request metadata, and requested endpoint data.

The app may also cache exchange-rate data locally on your device to support faster loading and offline fallback behavior.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are offered through Apple as auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment processing, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and subscription account management are handled by Apple, not by Star Clan Apps LLC directly.

We may receive limited subscription status information from Apple, such as whether a premium entitlement is active for your account on the device.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data only when necessary to operate the app, such as with Apple for subscriptions, iCloud sync, and platform features, or with service providers supporting CurrencyKing backend infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device generally remains there until you remove it, overwrite it through app use, or delete the app. Favorite currency data synchronized through iCloud may remain available through your Apple account until removed from the relevant iCloud context.

Backend or platform providers may retain operational logs or service data according to their own retention practices and policies.

7. Your Choices

• You may cancel premium subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• You may delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.
• You may disable iCloud for the app if you do not want favorite currencies synchronized through Apple's services.

8. Children's Privacy

CurrencyKing is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
